Socialite and businessman Brian Kirumuira aka Bryan White has reportedly been dragged to court by a car dealer over failure to pay UGX500m.
Bryan White reportedly acquired a Mercedes Benz in May at a whopping UGX900m and paid part of it, according to
A car dealer, Alex Binyenda, claims in the Commercial Court that Kirumira agreed to pay the balance within the shortest time but has since failed to raise even half of it.
Binyenda wants Bryan White to pay UGX500m with an interest of 25%.
The Commercial Court Deputy Registrar Festo Nsenga has issued a directive ordering the socialite to appear in court within 10 days.
The lazy businessman has been in the northern part of the country on charity activities through his Bryan White Foundation.
The philanthropic foundation, which recruited Zari Hassan for their Arua District trip, donated thousands of items worth billions of Uganda shillings.
