Bishop Wilberforce Luwalira has spoken out after a stick wielding intruder charged towards him during Easter prayers at Namirembe church.
The stick-wielding man beat security and stormed into church running towards the pulpit where Bishop Wilberforce Luwalira was standing. He was quickly arrested after he stumbled to the group.
“He came and stormed into the church with a stick. He came running and stumbled. We thank God, he is powerful; I wish he was running to get saved, but he had come to cause harm. When we talk about praying, today you have witnessed the power of God. Believers, the word of prayer is powerful. I have seen the power of darkness during my service as Bishop but the most powerful thing is that I have seen the power of God,” he said.
