Be Warned about taking pictures of ballot- IEBC tells Kibra voters

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has warned Kibra voters against sharing photos of marked ballot papers.

IEBC spoke after photographs started circulating online of ballots that were marked.

The election body stated that voters were violating secrecy of the ballot by sharing photos an offence which is punishable in law.
