Mwashighadi who worked as a news anchor at the National broadcaster for four years has been poached by the International media house.

Lynace joins other top journalists including Ian Wafula who recently left K24.

Other journalists from K24  poached by BBC include Zawadi Mudibo and Maya Kayahawa.

BBC is currently expanding its presence and influence in Africa’s media space and so far has poached a good number of talents from local media houses.
