Barbie Kyagulanyi is the wife of tortured afrobeat musician-turned-lawmaker Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine -- who is changing the face of opposition and giving Ugandas longest serving President Museveni sleepless nights.
The 32-year-old has been a symbol of hope for her family and relationship goals for the netizens after manifesting the real strength of a woman as her husband battles treason charges.
She has been strong and supportive to her husband ever since his brutal arrest in Arua on August 13th together with 33 other people -- all of them were granted bail on Monday at Gulu Magistrate Court.

Philanthropist
Barbie Kyagulanyi is the founder of Caring Hearts Uganda. A non-profit organisation that empowers and raises the standards of young people through the promotion of sustainable development, life-long education and entrepreneur skills.
The organisation has been running since 2013. Bobi Wine is its patron. For 5 years now, they have participated in several activities, including menstrual hygiene training, reusable sanitary pads making among others.
Her First cut
Bobi Wine is Barbie Kagulanyi's first cut. When she first met Bobi Wine, she had never been in a relationship with any other man.
"I had never been in a relationship with anyone before him," Barbie Kyagulanyi said in an interview with New Vision in 2011.
Barbie says she realised Bobi Wine was serious about the whole relationship, seven months after meeting.
Bobi Wine is the husband she prayed and fasted for
While at Bweranyagi Girls School, Barbie Kyagulanyi and her friends used to fast and pray for husbands because they believed they were mature.
"We imagined that we would leave the secondary level and go another step in life where having a good man nearby was a great idea".
After becoming good friends with Bobi Wine, she says she saw "all qualities I used to pray and fast for".

The 32-year-old is a mother of four; Shadraq Shilling Mbogo Kyagulanyi, Shalom Namagembe Kyagulanyi, Solomon Kampala Nyanzi Kyagulanyi and Suubi Shine Nakaayi Kyagulanyi.
