Besides these 3 girls, the trio allegedly human trafficked 12 more people of which 4 were women and from Kibaale district. Two of these have been identified as: 20-year-old Akuguzibwe Joan and Nampeera Angela aged 24.

According to Enanga, Jackline Kisoma allegedly told her followers to abandon school, and not go to hospital when they fall sick. She also threatened them that if they didn’t follow her instructions, God would punish them.

He said the rescued people are being rehabilitated by the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) and are being counselled.

Enanga said Kisoma’s Church was not registered and therefore was operating illegally.

He said the three suspects have been arrested and will soon be presented in the Courts of law.
