Customers can enjoy seamless internet connectivity on all their smart devices, including smartphones, laptops, tablets, and smart TVs. The service is ideally suited for those who love binge-watching live sports, movies, series, news, and other online content. With no data volume caps, users can stream videos, play games, and engage in online activities without any hassle.

To avail themselves of the Xstream WIFI service, customers need to have a physical installation at their premises. They will receive a WIFI router that supports multiple devices and appliances at home or in their businesses.

Unlike traditional GSM/2G/3G/4G services, Xstream WIFI operates on a fixed internet connection, eliminating the need for a SIM card.

Customers can choose from four different plans, ranging from 10Mbps to 60Mbps, with prices starting at 130,000 UGX for a 31-day validity period. An installation fee of 100,000 UGX, inclusive of tax, applies to set up the service.

The payment options for the Xstream WIFI service include using Airtel Money via USSD code *125# or visiting retail shops for sign-up. Existing customers can make renewals and advanced payments to extend their validity and prevent service interruption.

The launch of Airtel Business's Xstream WIFI service marks a significant step in providing unparalleled internet connectivity to homes and businesses in the region. With its focus on quality, consistency, and budget management, the service is expected to enhance the online experiences of users, bridging the digital divide and revolutionizing the way internet services are accessed in Uganda.
