For starters, the veteran is an early riser, thanks for his early morning “Kalisoliso” sports segment on CBS FM.

There are things you accept in your life as your responsibility,” Mukiibi said in his office in an interview with Cruze Xclusive

“I usually tell kids who come here for internship that I wake up and 4 am and I am here in office at 5:15 am every day for the last 27 years. No one is ever in office before me.”

The people who listen to my Kalisoliso program demand new material which you have to prepare…you cannot keep repeating old stuff to them. Some people call me and tell me the joke you made today, you did it 4 years ago.”

Mukiibi joined CBS FM in its first year on air in 1996, along with the likes of Thomas Kagera, legendary announcements reader Salongo John, Mulindwa Muwonge, Abby Mukiibi, late Kato Lubwama, David Ocheng, Late Stuart Mutebi.

Nearly three decades down the road, his Kaliisoliso segment is stable among radio listeners.

Outside of CBS where he also serves in the top executive, Mukiibi has a show on Delta TV which he judges with drama-acting.

Recapping is a typical day, Mukiibi said he wakes up at 4 am, gets in the studio at 5:15; goes to the office at 9 am up to 3 pm, from where he heads to Delta.
