  1. Dry roast the seeds with red chilies in a pan.
  2. Pour them into a bowl and add salt and sugar. 
  3. Grind the mixture into a consistent coarse powder.
  4. Add oil to a pan and add some curry leaves, lentils, and mustard seeds.
  5. Add peanuts and fry over low heat until the mixture turns dark brown.
  6. Add cooked rice to the coarsely ground watermelon seeds powder and mix well. 
  7. Serve.
