The Ugandan artist was apparently blasting music at 5:00 in the morning when the neighbor, a foreign national, came out to complain.

The neighbour, a Middle Eastern, filmed his exchange with Pallaso who stood across from him on a balcony, flanked by a handful of his friends.

Pallaso told off the man that he was allowed to do anything he wanted in his own country.

I am in my country I do what I want bro,” said Pallaso who was standing shirtless, bottle in hand.

"No, you don’t do what you want. Even I don't do what I want back in my country,” replied the neighbour.

“Yes, In Africa I do what I want. I am Ugandan. When I am here I do what I want. When I go out of Uganda, I do what they want,” Pallaso hit back.

When asked if he was above the law, Pallaso responded, "I am the law."

It was not clear when this incident took place from the video which went viral on social media.

Many commenters were unhappy with Pallaso’s behavior.

Pallaso is wrong. Always be kind and understanding for no reason," posted one Hamdon.

“Pallaso has moved to many countries but seems he hasn't learnt anything from that,” wrote one Basheer.

Others, however, spoke in his defence, citing how Ugandans and Africans are treated in foreign countries.

We are guests in their countries and we are treated like trash so I am on Pallaso’s side,” posted one of the commentators.
