The festival, hosted by Bell Lager at Jahazi Pier in Munyonyo, also served as the official unveiling of its latest innovation—Bell Citrus, a zesty-flavoured beer that captivated revellers during a spectacular display of fireworks and energetic dance performances.

Pilsner King’s bold, refreshing taste left many reminiscing about their cultural heritage.

At the Bell Citrus Electric Avenue, participants engaged in artistic activities such as body art, while groups gathered at the Bell Lager arena to enjoy shared moments over jugs of Bell Lager and traditional Ugandan delicacies like nyama choma (roast meat). The festival’s diverse setup ensured a wholesome experience for everyone present.

A lineup of top Ugandan artists kept the crowd entertained throughout the festival. Performances from legendary musicians like Bebe Cool, Blu 3, Maddox Ssematimba, Myko Ouma, and Vinka energised the audience.

Rising star Elijah Kitaka, alongside Double Black, added a modern twist to the musical offerings, while Kika Troupe and Alideki Brian infused the festival with a traditional flavour.

The final day saw an unexpected yet exciting takeover by DJ Ssuna Ben, drawing the festival to a thrilling close.

Lillian Kansiime, Bell Lager’s Brand Manager, noted that Bell ObaFest aims to redefine enjoyment by combining cultural elements that unite Ugandans. "From food and fashion to art, we bring people together to raise a toast to beer," she said.
