Renowned Ugandan photojournalist Saad Shots has passed away.

He reportedly perished in a motorbike accident on Friday evening.

The accident according to police, occurred in Entebbe at the Bugonga junction near the airbase.

Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson Luke Owoyesigire says Saad was involved in a head-on collision with another motorbike rider, who also lost his life.

“I just called his number, and someone picked up and informed me that he passed away in an accident,” posted one of his friends, Alton.
