Kampala Archdiocese Chancellor, Pius Male Ssentumbwe, announced the death of Msgr. Expedito Magembe, founder and director of Mount Sion Prayer Centre Bukalango.
Ssentumbwe relayed the news on May 9th, 2025, on behalf of Archbishop Paul Ssemogerere via a post on X.
Magembe, 75, presided over a memorable 50th priestly anniversary celebration in December 2023 at the Bukalango prayer centre in Kakiri Town Council, Wakiso district.
