House of Prayer Ministries International, led by Pastor Aloysious Bujjingo, has three directors.

Acording to documents from URSB uncovered by journalist Blanshe Musinguzi, the directors are Aloysious Bujjingo, Edward Kayizzi Luyimbazi, and Immaculate Babirye. Bujjingo and Kayizzi serve as pastors, while Babirye is a businesswoman.

The ministry, registered as a company limited by guarantee, appointed these directors on January 20, 2022.

Previously, the company had six directors, including Bujjingo’s ex-wife, Teddy Naluswa.

Documents from the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB) show Naluswa and two others were removed in 2022, leaving the current trio.

The ministry’s objectives, as outlined in its MEMARTS, include conducting prayers, running media outlets, preaching tolerance, operating schools, and other activities. Bujjingo owns Salt Media, which runs a radio and television station.

This news follows scrutiny of Apostle Grace Lubega’s Phaneroo Ministries International.

Documents shared by Musinguzi revealed Phaneroo secured Shs18.5 billion in loans.

Yet, Lubega recently announced plans for a $55 million (Shs200 billion) complex without holding a fundraiser.

Phaneroo called these claims “misleading” and “defamation attacks.”

Phaneroo, founded by Lubega and registered on September 16, 2014, as a company limited by guarantee, urged members to stay united.

The ministry highlighted its mission to spread the Gospel and transform lives, crediting this for its growth.

It also reported attempts to hack its email communications, describing the scrutiny as a coordinated attack on its integrity.
