Going forward, the tycoon says, he will be pursuing only unattractive women.
“I feel now that if I can get myself an ugly woman, but one that’s hard-working, I would be good to go,” he told Urban TV on Friday.
“Beautiful women are full of problems…I have always had a weakness for beautiful women. When I see a good-looking woman, I tend to forget about anything else.”
“I always thought that I could change the women and make them better, but it seems it is not possible. They will pretend for one month and then go back to their original self.”
The tycoon in the interview, gave the example of his ex-wife, Angel Kwakunda, whom he claimed used to steal money from him.
“If I came home with Shs. 5 million, she’d search the whole house the moment I went to sleep,” Lwasa recounted.
Kwakunda was thrown out of her marital house in Mityana in 2022 by Lwasa’s elder children.
In the interview, the businessman said his children were right to kick her out because she was not a good partner.
First, he says, Kwakunda refused to give him children, yet she secretly had her own which she initially hid from him.
“I didn't know she had kids until after I married her. One time she told me she wanted to bring her kids to spend the holidays with us,” he said.
“My children were right to throw her out because she was up to no good. They were unhappy that she was constantly appearing in the media to talk trash about me, yet I was taking good care of her.”
Asked which one of his former partners he misses, Lwasa said Desire Luzinda.
The US-based singer-turned-health worker, he said, was much more mature and polished given that she was raised in the city.
