Her leadership and passion for impactful storytelling will be an asset to the team. The Group also welcomed her leadership in overseeing stations like Dembe FM, Spark TV, KFM, and NTV Uganda.

At 36 years old, Flavia Tumusiime has hitherto been hosting Desert Island Discs on Capital 91.3 FM.

She then moved into radio at 18, starting with Hot100FM before joining Capital Radio in 2006. After several years in radio, she moved to Channel O for four years.

In 2015, she joined NMG’s NTV Uganda as a news anchor and morning show host. She left the station in May 2021 and has since hosted Desert Island Discs on Capital FM.
