Last week both were part of the entourage that flew to Dubai with TV presenter Douglas Lwanga for his three-day Purple Party tour.
So, if Ichuli is a sharp man as he claims, this was ample time for him to live his fantasies.
In a video shared by Lian on TikTok, the duo is seen riding separate horses in the Dubai desert.
In February he talked about her like he was reading out of a Nancy Friday book.

"That little Sandra Lian... you feel like you want to go and just tear her little clothes off... the knickers, you just tear them apart," Ichuli said in a TikTok video.
Lian saw the video and commented: "😳😳😳😳"
Continued Ichuli: "Little Sandra Lian, she gave me a hug... and I became angry... there are the likes of [Mildred] Tracy... I reached and asked for Isabella Tugume... There is when I wish God should take me back to a young age... If God could transform me into my version of 2000... all those little girls wouldn't survive... Survive who?... she plays with whom? That little Sandra Lian, I hear Lynda Ddane."
Meanwhile, Purple Party, which was started in 2012, is Lwanga’s flagship event.
He started it while still an upcoming presenter at Record TV. The first event was held at Bull Dog in Wandegeya popular among university students then. Moses Ssali, alias Bebe Cool, and his nemesis Robert Kyagulanyi, also known as Bobi Wine, who has since moved to politics, performed.
