Judithiana, who is married to Joel Ndugwa, her former workmate at Radio City, joined Urban TV when DJ Bush Baby was the manager.

Judithiana had met Flavia Tumusiime while the former was managing artsites at Universal Entertainment, the record label that once managed singers like Leila Kayondo, Cyclone (girls' group), Ngoni, and Chilli Galz.

At the time, Tumusiime used to host a night at Simba Casino and the artistes under Universal Entertainment used to perform there. That's how the two met.

Speaking to Crystal Newman, Judithiana Namazzi, who is also a content director of Date My Family TV series, said that one day while talking to Flavia Tumusiime, she told her she wanted to work on TV. Tumusiime called Bush Baby who invited Namazzi to go for the interview. Salon Talk, a TV show on Urban TV, was born.

Who is Judithiana Namazzi Ndugwa?

Judithiana Namazzi was born in Namirembe Hospital and grew up in Najjanankumbi along Entebbe Road. She went to Kampala Kindergarten School, Nakasero Primary School and Greenville High School (now home to Seeta High School Mukono).

After university, she worked with Universal Entertainment before the job became hectic and she decided to move to Tanzania. It was in high school that she met a friend who got her a job in Tanzania. Her friend's father was among the richest businessmen men in Africa and her uncle owned Clouds Media Group, the media conglomerate that owns Choice FM in Dar es Salaam.

At Choice FM, she worked as a producer for two years and co-hosted a gospel show for one year before returning to Uganda to get married.

The marriage didn't work out, as the fiance would later call off the wedding. Since returning to Kampala, she has worked with different media companies, including some brands under Multichoice Group, Radio City, and Urban TV.
