Musician Ziza Bafana has reacted on the arrest and detention of fellow musician Bobi Wine -- who is also the Kyadondo East MP.
Bafana says he is confident Bobi Wine will lead the country to freedom and he is up to something.
The musician states that the Kyadondo East MP is the modern day Jesus.
"Bobi Wine is one of those people that will lead this country to freedom. Like Jesus, he is being persecuted but if he can make this government shake and fear," Bafana says.
Guns
Ziza Bafana doesn't believe that Bobi Wine was found with guns as it's alleged by security operatives.
He says the self-proclaimed Ghetto President has "never owned or learned how to use a gun".
"His gun has always been his words and his music. Even when he went to parliament, he never stopped singing," Bafana says.
Charges
Bobi Wine was on Thursday charged with unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition by the court-martial in Gulu.
Security operatives reportedly found two guns and several rounds in his hotel room in Arua on Monday - the same day his driver was shot dead.
He also faces charges of treason and malicious damage to the motor vehicle belonging to the convoy of the president.
