Honorata Nakatto, a secondary school teacher, delivered three girls and two boys weighing averagely 1.5kg, according to Matooke.

Doctors recommended Nakatto to use In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) after examinations revealed that she had blocked tubes.

She underwent the IVF process where doctors manually combine an egg and sperm in a laboratory -- and then the embryo is transferred to the uterus.

Nakatto lost one of her breasts after undergoing a cancer treatment. Her babies are relying on breast milk donors.

IVF is a very expensive process which costs more than UGX14m in Uganda
