In a video posted on her Instagram page, you can see Talia helping her son do pull ups before he moves on to boxing with the help of Talia’s trainer.

They then move on to doing a couple of sprints before finishing their exercise with battle ropes.

The video was backed up with tunes from the remake of the smash hit Just The Two of Us by Will Smith.
