Do you remember the Pornography Control Committee that was constituted in 2017 to detect and curb the circulation of pornographic material in Uganda? Looks like they want to prove a point.
The 8-member committee, which runs on an annual budget of UGX2bn, submitted a list of internet websites that publish pornographic content -- just 27 websites out of hundreds of thousands -- to Uganda Communication Commission (UCC).
In a letter seen by Pulse Live Uganda dated July 6th, UCC asks internet service providers to block a number of sites that host adult content, including PornHub, arguably the biggest adult video website on the planet, and Xvideos.
All internet service providers must ensure that pornographic content is not uploaded or downloaded using their service, according to the Anti-Pornography Act 2014.
Other mentioned adult content websites include xvideos, xnxx, xhamster, youporn, iporntv, eporner, heavy-r, retube and thumbzilla.
Also, locally based websites offering escort services in Uganda will be blacklisted. These include the Massage Republic, Escorts in Kampala, Exotic Uganda, Travel Girls, Escorts Uganda, Kampala - WikiSexGuide, Kampala Escorts, Eescort agencies, and several others.

Anyway, it also looks like all the mentioned websites are not yet blocked at the moment.
