Over 50 houses were burnt down to ashes in a morning fire at Nairobi’s Tassia estate, in Embakasi.

Reports reaching Pulselive.co.ke indicate that the fire started at around 2am in the morning, destroying several homes in Mabatini, Embakasi ward.

It is alleged that the fire could have been caused by illegal power connections in the area.

No casualties have so far been reported.
