Miss Uganda foundation is under fire after a video surfaced online showing its judges bullying some contestants.
The judges bullied two girls during auditions as seen in these two videos which are going viral of social media.
In the first video, the judges question one of the girl's about her university shorty after pronouncing it with a different accent.
One of the judges asks, "Where is "Makerele"? You mean Makerere University?" Which "Makerele" do you mean?"
The foundation also shared a video on its Facebook captioned: "Here is another hilarious clip from the auditions. She has just a pinch of Scottish in her" with a laughing emoji.
Nana, one of the judges, asked the contestant "where are you from Margachi, because I have never heard of that name before?"
The beauty pageant contestant replied saying she got her name from her Scottish great grandfather.
Social media reactions
"I have just logged in to say: Miss Uganda judges! Yes you old worn out biatchessssss! (Yes I'm very angry) Even the two who are not old, are worn out.. Do not belittle these young girls contesting. First off, the young girl (Student of Makerere) has to have an accent. Don't act like you haven't been that age. Even now, you still have accents (And mostly because you are fucking old white fossils)"
"There are some fossils masquerading as Miss Uganda judges who were caught on video belittling some contestants on trivial issues like accent ... I thought we ended this crap of pulling down young women trying to be better with Sylvia Owori. Those judges have names - how about we name them and then I will write each one of them a personal letter. They think they can drag people , then maybe we should also mop the floor with their names ."
