In true Lupita fashion, she rocked her natural hair in an elegant up do to match her gorgeous gown.

Her make-up and jewelry gave her that finishing glow to sum up the entire look.

The Rafiki cast and crew were not to be left behind as they too stunned in white at the Cannes Film Festival.

Clearly a big moment for the Rafiki cast, nothing – not even the film being banned from being screened in Kenya – was going to dull it as they were all smiles as they hit the red carpet.

Rafiki is the first Kenyan feature film to be featured at the Cannes Film Festival.
