The 2015 inaugural world title winner in women's steeplechase got married at St Augustine Chapel at Makerere University on Saturday.

The 36-year who hasn't been competition in professional games for over 5 years revealed that giving birth didn't make her 'quit' athletics but injuries did and she is "coming back".

Three-time Uganda Sports Press Association (USPA) Personality of the year joined Uganda Police Force three years ago to manage women affairs in the sports department following sexual harassment allegations by male trainers.

She recently attributed the success of 20-year-old commonwealth gold medalist Joshua Cheptegei to the the "mental and physical" training he experienced in the police training camp in Kapchorwa.
