John Arinaitwe, better known by his stage name John Wizy Cool, is a multi-talented singer and songwriter, driven by a passion to inspire the masses through his music.

Let's kick off by delving into your musical journey. What was your first song, and what inspired it?

My first single was called “Then I Need Your Love,” released back in 2019. It was inspired by my personal experiences and emotions at the time, a reflection of longing and connection.

It's fascinating to hear about your beginnings. Now, which artists do you look up to the most, and how have they influenced your music?

I've always looked up to Michael Jackson for his iconic melodies and A Boogie wit da Hoodie for his lyrical prowess. Their artistry inspires me to strive for greatness and authenticity in my own music.

You've mentioned the importance of authenticity in your craft. What other artist tools or services can't you live without?

I absolutely cannot live without my songbook and my guitar. My songwriting journal is my lifeline for capturing inspiration on the go, and my guitar is my creative outlet. They're essential for me to stay connected to my music and overcome any creative blocks.
