David Lutalo has come out to clear the rumours which have been circulating all over social media about him being involved in an accident.

The singer recently won 'Best Male Artiste of The Year' award at the Hipipo Music awards which were held in March.

He took it to social media saying the photo circulating is from 2015 -- the photo shows a look alike with wounds and blood dripping.

"Hello My sisters and brothers. The news rolling around about me that i got an accident is #False & Fake News. Am very fine and alive. #Don't Be Fooled...," he posted on Facebook.

His worried fans reacted thanking God that the rumour was false
