On Sunday, we speculated -- but Big Size has confirmed that Uganda's president since 1986 is attending his concert on 3rd August.

He says he is "so honoured and humbled by the president's acceptance to attend the Golden Heart concert".

The musician continues that the president's move is "a fundamental stamp that confirms that the entertainment in Uganda is an industry worth recognising and organising".

Big Size maintains that "when you work with the president, he will work with you too" encouraging the youth to "weigh their choices carefully as they choose whom to associate and work with because this is what will determine your success or failure in life".

Moses Ssali, real names, reiterates his earlier statements supporting the controversial taxes on social media and mobile money.

"This is testimony that the government recognises that the entertainment industry has created lots of jobs for talented Ugandans and has a lot of potentials to support our economy through taxation of individuals employed by this sector".

Bebe Cool has faced criticism ever since he came out candidly to support the government's decision to levy taxes on social media and mobile money effective July 1st.

He has also openly condemned fellow musicians like Apass and Bobi Wine led protests in the CBD against these controversial taxes.
