In a letter he shared on his Facebook page, Anto Neosoul through his lawyer James Makori wrote to the Afro Night Club with a seven days’ notice demanding payment of Sh62, 000 failure to which they would begin legal proceedings.

“We hereby give you Seven [7] days to pay our client all monies due to him being Kenya Shillings Fifty thousand [Kshs 50,000] and our legal fees of Kshs 12,000 making a total of Khs 62,000, failure to which we have strict mandatory instructions from our client to institute legal proceedings against you in a court of law,” read part of the letter.

This was after the club contracted the ‘Paragasha’ hit maker to do an online influencing and promotions job through social media, for the Westlands based night club.

The singer had an agreement with the club’s management that he would have his payment every 30th of every month, but he was not paid as soon as the first month ended.

Anto Neosoul also said that such clubs were the reason many artistes in the country continue to struggle.

“Shame on clubs like AFRO NIGHT CLUB Reason why artistes in this country struggle  I know enough creatives digging deep to try pay bills while people like this play with us,” said the singer.
