On Wednesday morning, during the preliminary hearing of the petition at the Kampala High Court, it was revealed that some witnesses she intended to rely on had decided to change their testimonies.

"He didn't share the land title of the house he showed us. Some have told me it belongs to Jahlive," Mukasa said.

"Let him show us the land title. [We need evidence of ownership.] Let him show us that the house belongs to Gereson Wabuyi, not Gravity Omutujju. Gereson Wabuyi, the name on his national identity card, is the name [we want to see on the land title.]," he added.

"Secondly, the amount he has injected into constructing the house so far doesn't even make half of what he will need to complete it He needs more money than he has already used to complete it."

According to Mukasa, it is too soon for Omutujju to be showing off the house because he may fail to complete it.

Speaking to Jahlive over the phone, he told this reporter that he and the rapper shared the same architectural engineer.

So, while their houses "look-alike", he said, the one Omutujju displayed on social media is his (Omutujju’s).

Jahlive is the one who recommended the engineer to Omutujju.

Frank Mugerwa started the Jahlive production company in 2008 and he has since worked with a number of top musicians, including Eddy Kenzo, Goodlyfe, and Omutujju himself.
