Sylvia Namutebi shocked celeb marriages younger than hers are already having issues

Former Miss Uganda Syliva Namutebi Allibhai, who has been married for seven years, was shocked when people who just got married like Andrew Kyamagero and Patrick Salvado revealed that they are already having issues with their wives.

"Ain't these marriages too young to be having such issues! I've been married abit [sic] longer than these guys and we are still in honey moon [sic] phase the words separation or divorce have never been even wispered [sic]!" Namutebi, who tied the knot with Aly Allibhai in 2017, commented on a Pulse Uganda Instagram post, quoting Salvado and Kyamagero who were saying that despite looking happily married they deal with some issues that almost lead them to split with their wives.

"The respect we have for each other has grown, ever since I gave birth for the second time hubby respects me more than ever, I respect his hard work and constant care he takes to provide for us more than ever. So for me, this is not normal behavior in marriage bellow [sic] 10 years guys come on now."

Reacting to Namutebi's comment, an Instagram user, who goes by lucyisoke, observed: " Isn't your marriage too old compared to theirs? Sorry just trying to use your logic. You have the benefit of experience on your side. Ask people who have been married 50 [years], they will tell you the early years were horrible, filled with the kind of fights and ideas these guys are vulnerable enough to share and confront in public spaces. Good on you, you never thought of leaving. Marriages are different. People are different and it takes time for people to grow into "For Better or For Worse"....If it ever gets there...Hence the many separations and divorces we are experiencing lately. People are confronting all manner of demons behind closed doors....which may be normal or abnormal behaviour, whichever way people may choose to look at it[...] Only the grace of God is sustaining marriages these days.... [sic] otherwise.... [sic]"
