Xmas plot: Century Cinemax chops movie prices in partnership with Flexipay

Century Cinemax announced a partnership with Stanbic Bank in which customers using the bank’s Flexipay platform will receive up to Shs 3000 off on a movie on Fridays.

The promotion dubbed “Flexipay Fridays” will be running through the festive season and going on until May next year.

Israel Arinaitwe, the head of personal banking at Stanbic said this campaign will be going for six months but that there is a possibility of an extension depending on the reception it gets from the moviegoers.

We are saying that all the movie lovers, this is a good time for you to treat yourself, not just here but at Arena Mall and Multiplex,” he said.

Satish Guna, the Century Cinemax General Manager described this as “one of the biggest partnerships that Kampala has ever experienced.” 

Century Cinema is located on the second floor of Acacia Mall in Kamwonya, with two more branches at Metroplex Mall in Nalya and Arena Mall in Nsabya.

The three locations have a capacity of over 1700 seats and 10 screens according to Mr Satish.
