Susan Makula: ‘I'm an attention seeker’, I didn’t see myself getting married to a pastor

Makula said she has attention-seeking behaviour and pastors are too busy to offer that.

"I don't know because I didn't even pray to get him..." Makula said when she was asked whom she would have married if she hadn't met her fiance Pastor Aloysius Bugingo.

"There are like three pastors who foretold that I would marry a pastor. The other is a woman from South Africa. They prophesied that I would get married to a pastor but I ruled it out. Because I grew up seeing what pastors were doing and I didn't like it."

She added: "They have no time. And I'm an attention seeker."

Makula, who is also a TV presenter, said that when she is at home with her husband and he doesn't pay attention to her, say, he is watching TV, she will find a way to get his attention.

She used pretending to be feeling pain as an example.

"I felt like I wouldn't succeed with pastors because I want a man who gives me attention," she said.

"But what God wishes, no one can fight it. It will happen."

Susan Nantaba Makula said she abstained until she met Pastor Bugingo because her ex put her through the wringer. They broke up in 2016. Her romance with the pastor became public around 2018. Bugingo has said he doesn't regret marrying her.
