Richard's close relative made the announcement on social media on Saturday.

"Glory be to God most high!!! Today is supposed to be mom’s birthday but God took her to a better place and today he has blessed me with another nephew," she wrote.

She added: "Baby Yohan Milan Riley is heeeeerreeee. My hands are up my feet are down, and this is what I do (pupaz voice) Congs Shibah Richards, ur the best mother I know and may this boy bring u the greatest joy in life..love u always!!”

Shibah secretly introduced Mugisha to her parents in 2015 and the two have been having a great time since then.

The couple hasn't shared any pictures of the new baby boy yet.
