Mukiza made the revelation while speaking as chief guest at the 2023 Isangane Festival, a yearly event that celebrates the culture and heritage of Bafumbira in the gardens of the Kisoro Mayor.

He thanked the district leaders for providing the land and also revealed UIA has a land title, started a feasibility study, and set the boundaries of the land.

The next thing is to talk about how to pay for the building of the park. We are determined to make the industrial park happen for Kisoro as a way of supporting H.E President Museveni’s vision for the region’s economic growth,” he said.
