The Erute county North was travelling to Lira when his car rammed into a trailer near Karuma bridge.

He says a truck flashed heavy lights before the collision happened and it took police one hour to rescue him.

The accident happened at around 3am in the morning, according to Albertine regional police spokesperson Mr Julius Hakiza.
