White and his team have been camping at Mutima beach since Sunday mobilizing local divers to 'further navigate waters on Lake Victoria'.

He spoke to local media on Monday reiterating the need to always follow safety precautions.

"We have to follow safety precautions on water. People should wear life jackets and authorities should always inspect these water vessels," he said.

He pledged UGX100,000 for each body recovered saying this 'motivation' will help to quicken the operation.

At least 32 people have been confirmed dead and 26 others rescued following the boat tragedy.

The Ugandan army and police are leading the operations to recover more bodies from the lake.

Authorities estimate that more than 50 people are still missing and there is no hope for more survivors.
