In an Interview with Millard Ayo, Shilole was overwhelmed with emotions while talking about how people have been mocking her just because she can’t speak fluent English.

Shilole who is being sponsored to learn proper English by The British Council in Tanzania, expressed her disappointments stating that those laughing at her will regret in the future.

“I know of people are laughing at me, but one day I will speak good English. Nillishia darasa la Saba, lakini watakuja kushangaa the way nitaongea Kiingereza. The British council saw my video struggling to say the word subscribe and they approached me and they enrolled me in school, ans soon we will proof people wrong. Am from Tanzania and its not only us even other countries also don’t know how to speak English. But will be better coz an learning now,” said Shilole in the Interview.

The actress went ahead to request President John Pombe Magufuli to help her educate her children so that they can teach her how to speak proper English.

In many occasion, Shilole has been in the spotlight, due to her broken English but she is never ashamed or afraid of expressing herself.
