In the clip, Kiboneka is doing a satirical take on how motivational speakers try to inspire action and how ridiculous their advice is sometimes.

Kiboneka woke up to the praise and has taken to his social media channels to express his excitement.

Odongo Jeje Abubakhar, Uganda's Minister of Foreign Affairs, is currently representing the country at the BRICS Foreign Minister's Meeting in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, which kicked off on Monday, April 28 and ends today, April 29.
The two leaders shared perspectives on key bilateral and international matters of mutual interest.
