Eating fruits for lunch can be an easier way to have a balanced diet since having all the foods required for a balanced diet at once all the time can be tricky. Instead, your meals for the day can make up a daily balanced diet divided into three or sometimes two meals. However, fruits can make you ravenous if they are your first meal of the day.

Better digestion. Due to their high nutritional value and easy breakdown, fruits aid in better digestion.

You are able to eat supper or dinner early because fruits digest faster making you feel hungry early. Eating early means you have enough time for your body to digest food and feel light before you go to sleep. This means better sleep, mornings, and more energy throughout the day.
