You don't have to use all of them. You can find one that resonates with you and that will make all the difference.

When you get home from work, talk about the best thing that has happened during your day. Talk about it in detail without complaints or exceptions. Make it a negativity-free zone. However your day was, start your evening on a positive note.

Give yourself a project to work on daily. It can be something that will add up to a big project or simply put your strengths or talents to use.

Have an affirmation each morning that you whisper to yourself. Let that dictate what you focus on the whole day. It can be an activity, a mental or emotional experience. Every time you fulfill it, the better you get at harnessing your will-power.
