Umeme, the electricity distributor, has announced that the Yaka vending system will be offline from Sunday to Monday.
"Due to a planned system upgrade, the Yaka! vending system will not be available from Sunday, 8th December 2024, to Monday, 9th December 2024, at 6AM," Umeme said in a customer advisory statement.
"Customers are advised to purchase sufficient Yaka! units to cover their electricity supply during the system downtime."
