Lwasa stings ‘faded’ ex-lover Nabatanzi after airport encounter

Lwasa claimed he was shocked by Ms Nabatanzi's current look when he bumped into her at Entebbe Airport earlier in the week.

“I looked at her and felt bad for her. I asked myself, ‘What has happened to Diana? She is wasting away,” he told Kasuku in an interview.

He said he was leaving the airport when Nabatanzi pulled up close to her. On having a glance, he said, he saw that his ex-lover had lost a great deal of weight and looked pale.

“When I was with her, she was healthy, but now she is different. She is emaciated. I hope the people she works for can give her a raise.

Kasuku, however, poured water on Lwasa’s claims, pointing out that Nabatanzi looks even better than when the two were together.

“You are just consoling yourself,” he added.

Lwasa and Nabatanzi had a bitter break-up, and he has repeated in media interviews that their relationship was “the most tormenting” he has ever been in.

In interviews, he has spoken about how she cheated him financially and also duped him about an introduction ceremony.

In 2022, he claimed he went to her shop to buy socks and she spat on him.

Nabatanzi has largely avoided public confrontations with the businessman.
