Sharon, who was in the sixth season of the reality TV series, was asked by Crystal Newman: "Whose idea was it to go for Big Brother?"
Sharon: "It was my dad's. Not even Ronnie [Mulindwa, her baby daddy]. Because Ronnie didn't even know about it in the first place..."
Crystal: "But how did your dad, I mean..."
Sharon: "I know... so, for some reason, you could think, you know, he is old fashion, but, you know, he knew these things. He was like, you know, I think, you should try out Big Brother... you have a shot [at] this. I like, what?... I was like, okay, but you know I'm reserved... I'm a bit... I'm not a loud person so, you know, they want a loud character, so how am I gonna pull it off? He was like, Sharon, you need to go, you never know what this could do for you. But, yeah, here I am."
Sharon O finished in fifth place. "I'm glad Africa had my back," she said.
