The police had gotten warrants of arrests against the three suspects after they failed to show up in court.

After days of staying on the hideout, the suspects turned up at the Milimani Law Courts where the other NYS suspects were to appear.

However, the nonsense Magistrate Ogoti denied them entry, saying the three belonged to the police.

Ogoti is also the magistrate who recently jailed former Nairobi Town Clerk John Gakuo after being found guilty of corruption.
