Since entering Parliament in August, Passaris delivered her maiden speech two weeks ago which earned her a slot in Mzalendo's list of under-performing parliamentarians.

Mzalendo.com, which is an online platform that keeps tabs on the performance of MPs in the House, indicated that there are 49 MPs who have never spoken in the August House.

Those who were hailed for their good debating habits included Majority Leader Aden Duale who acts for the government in the National Assembly.

Former Finance Minister Amos Kimunya was ranked the leading debater and contributor of original motions in the House.
