In his latest media interview, Omutujju said Chai We Njai, the song by Omutume Planet -- is better than Cool's new jam titled Zzina.
"Chai We Njai is better than Bebe Cool's new song... What's the difference between the two?" Omutujju posed a rhetorical question.
"His music is terrible; let young people produce good music... this new generation of artistes is on a different level."
Omutujju's comments come after Cool said young musicians have failed to release good music which is why he may fold his free housing project.
Cool said announced in 2022 that beginning with the end of 2023 he'll be handing out free houses to musicians who top his annual list in which he recognises singers that dropped big hits throughout the year.
But, according to him, he can't find anything noteworthy from up-and-coming singers.
"I'm even confused about whether I should give out the award next year," said Bebe Cool in an interview.
"I've failed to find sensible music.
"I can't build houses and give them to people who sing Chai We Njai [it's a song by Omutume Planet... I won't give a land title to such a person. Because the direction of music and information is driving my kids to Marijuana."
The Gyenvudde singer said that young musicians have become bigheaded and no longer want to take advice.
Cool was quick to remind them that they've seen young singers who made a few hits and sank into oblivion.
"Most young musicians may fail because they are bigheaded... they've begun with contempt for big musicians," said Cool.
"You look at someone who has just joined the industry but the way they abuse musicians they found in the sector. They think they've arrived.
"They don't know that we've seen musicians who've made two hits and disappeared. They found us and left us. They need to change their attitudes because music is seasonal.
"You reach a point and music is no longer helping you. When that time comes, you need to have made friends that tell you how you can survive.
"When I see those little musicians that abuse big artistes, I chase them away... I'm starting to develop a spirit of never helping an upcoming musician."
