In today's fast-paced world, the ancient practices of traditional healing are experiencing a renaissance, particularly through the work of Dr. Mugwenu, a renowned traditional herbalist and spiritual healer.
Dr. Mugwenu believes that ancestors are not just remnants of the past but active participants in our lives today.

In December 2022, UPDF said it captured seven more suspected ADF rebels in Kyobe, Bweramule sub-county in Ntoroko district.

In the same month, ADF attacked Ntoroko district and during a fire exchange, 17 of ADF militia were killed, 13 captured with sixteen guns and 14 improvised explosive devices were captured while one UPDF officer was also killed.

While addressing the press after the ADF attack in Ntoroko last year at the Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs headquarters in Mbuya, Kulayigye assured the public that the general security situation all over the country was calm and that there was no need for worry.

Kulayigye also told the press the UPDF military operation dubbed Operation Shujaa which was launched last year with the goal of eliminating ADF was going on very well.

In eastern DRC, he said Uganda was able to defeat the ADF sects thus enabling the smooth road construction of roads from Beni to Tebo all the way to Mugwalo inside Ituri region.

There is some road construction Uganda is doing in eastern DRC. This has continued smoothly because we have been able to defeat the ADF there. There used to be ambushes in the areas these roads are being constructed, but that is not the case now. Road construction is on-going uninterrupted,” he said, adding that the UPDF was able to bring calm in the area enabling people to go back to their homes peacefully.
