Excitement is building up ahead of Zari's All White Party scheduled for this Saturday, December 16, 2023 at the newly launched Noni Vie Bar and Restaurant in Lugogo. Zari Hassan made a glamorous entrance to Uganda with her family this week.

The "Gal A Bubble" singer, accompanied by his entourage, was driven straight to Kagga, Nakawuka, in Wakiso district, where Mowzey Radio's grave is located.

Mowzey Radio, whose real name was Moses Ssekiboggo, passed away on February 1, 2018, following a tragic bar brawl.

Expressing her gratitude, Radio's mother, Miss Kasubo, welcomed Konshens and stated, "God keeps on strengthening me slowly by slowly. I am happy to know that someone comes from far and thinks about him (Radio). It gives me hope that people still think about me and my son."

Speaking at the airport upon arrival, Konshens shared his expectations for the upcoming performance, expressing his anticipation of the energetic atmosphere that Ugandan audiences are known for.

"Uganda has been one of the countries that kick-started my career outside of the diaspora, and the energy level has always been on steroids. So I expect nothing less," the Jamaican artist enthused.

Notably, Konshens returns to Uganda four months after winning a copyright suit against telecom operator, Airtel Uganda. The High Court ruled in August 2023 that Airtel was liable for copyright infringement, emphasising the distribution of songs without remitting proceeds to the artist as unjust enrichment.

When questioned about the matter, Konshens chose not to comment, stating, "I don’t want to talk about that yet. Right now, it’s about good energy, and that’s really what I’m focusing on. I’m just happy to be here and I’m just soaking that up."

The rapper, producer and businessman, who made a fortune with the sale of his Beats headphone firm Beats By Dre to Apple, keeps the bulk of his wealth, including seven California houses, six cars and his stocks.

Dr Dre real name Andre Romelle Young was married to Nicole Young for almost 24 years and the couple have two children Truice, 24, and Truly, 20.

Under the terms of the divorce settlement that took 18 months to conclude, Ms Young will get $50m (Ugx 177,243,800,000.00) immediately and the other $50m in one year, sources have told NBC News.

Also Ms Young leaves the marriage with all her jewellery as well as four vehicles, a Rolls Royce, Range Rover, Escalade limousine and Spyder motorcycle.

Ms Young, 51, is required to move out of their home in Malibu,California, by the end of the month and must also pay for her own legal fees which are believed to run into millions of dollars according to the agreement.

The 56-year aged Dre who is worth the equivalent of £620m [Ugx2,967,918,362,620.00] will keep the bulk of his wealth including his master recordings, trademarks and interests in various partnerships and trusts.

He will also retain all his Apple stocks, which includes proceeds from his sale of Beats which were bought by Apple in 2014 for $3bn [Ugx 4,786,504,267,000.00]

The musician will keep six vehicles and seven of the couple's properties, including the Malibu home, two homes in Calabasas in the hill’s northwest of Los Angeles, and four other properties in the LA area, including a $100m estate in Brentwood, west of Beverly Hills, according to sources.

Rolling Stone magazine reported that Dre was apparently "delighted" that his ex-wife would get just one-fifth of his liquid assets and that she would have received more if she had settled sooner.

Rahma, however, says that’s her own voice and she has no intentions of imitating Sheebah because she wants to create her own vocal identity. She adds that she respects Sheebah and would nevermove under her [Sheebah’s] shadow.

"I actually didn't know that I sounded like Sheebah. I was just given a song which I voiced in the studio" Pinky said.

Since there’s no clear reason as to why Sheebah quit TNS, most people are speculating that Jeff Kiwa might have signed Rahma to cover up the gap Sheebah left. "I am not here to fight Sheebah. She's a legend and I respect her for that. I have also never met her personally, so I think neither of us has a problem with the other. We shall coexist in this industry harmoniously," said Pinky, talking to the Press yesterday.

Upon dropping her first single, media personalities like Sheila Carol Gashumba have come out to say she might be the next big thing.

"She sounds like Sheebah. It's like copy and paste. I don't know what they are up to, but Kiwa is an intelligent man, let's wait and see," music analyst and critic Eddie Sendi said in an interview.

Sheilah Gashumba said, “I want you to remember this name, Pinky, because this girl is about to be the next big thing out of TNS".

Many would love to see Rahma Pinky do her thing but as we all know, consistency and hard work will always be the key to making it in the Ugandan music industry. Rahma might be a good artist, but she will have to add on the vocals she has with good dance moves, diva attitude and versatility in everything to fit in Sheebah Karungi’s shoes.&nbsp;

After being summoned to Kawempe police station, Pastor Bugingo told police that it was not a traditional marriage but rather he was invited as a guest at a family get together.&nbsp;
